Good eHealth featured Chronic Disease Management System and Telecardiology Service at the Med-e-Tel conference.

The Good eHealth project featured the chronic disease management system 'Thrombosis Digital Logbook', The Netherlands and the Telecardiology service in Lombardy, Italy at the Med e Tel conference 16-18 April 2008 in Luxembourg.
